We were invited to act and react during a 24 hour chain reaction
Participants of GreyTones 10, ‘Fast Forward’, were each given 24 hours to react to the spread designed by a preceding designer and come up with a new design within the same format. This chain reaction was then published in a magazine and exhibited during the Dutch Design Week in Eindhoven.
We reacted to the spread designed by ‘Job, Joris & Marieke’ (“Someone should invent airbags for pedestrians”) by showing of “My super evil deluxe inflatable airbags”. Using a vintage pit girl as well as some of our sweet car type collection from Detroit we managed to provoke a response from the ‘Designpolitie’ who covered our entire design with black censor bars saying “er is zat” (“there is plenty”)...
